Integration & API Development
Modern businesses rarely run on one clean system. Ecommerce platforms, ERP, stock control, payments, finance, CRM, email marketing, reporting tools and legacy databases all need to share data reliably. When they do not, teams end up with manual workarounds, duplicated data, broken customer journeys and decisions based on stale information.
Tronik designs and builds the integration layer that keeps those systems working together.
We help businesses connect operational systems, modernise legacy data flows, expose clean APIs, and build services that can grow without tying every part of the business to one fragile application.
What We Build
- Custom REST APIs and backend services
- Microservice architecture for ecommerce and operational systems
- Microsoft Business Central and ERP integrations
- Stripe, PayPal and checkout/payment integrations
- Klaviyo and marketing automation integrations
- Stock, pricing, order and fulfilment data flows
- Search, catalogue and product data integrations
- Webhooks, scheduled syncs and background processing
- Reporting and admin tools that make integration data visible
- Legacy system adapters and migration bridges
Business Central & ERP Integration
We have deep experience connecting ecommerce platforms to Microsoft Business Central and legacy ERP systems. That includes order submission, customer account handling, product and variant data, stock availability, delivery rules, pricing, fulfilment status and operational reporting.
The difficult part is rarely the API call itself. It is understanding which system owns which data, how failures are handled, how retries work, how edge cases are surfaced to staff, and how to avoid slowing down the customer-facing website while back-office systems catch up.
That is where Tronik adds value: technical analysis, practical architecture and hands-on implementation in one place.
Payments, Checkout & Customer Journeys
Payment integrations need to be solid, secure and carefully fitted into the wider order process. We work with Stripe, PayPal and related checkout flows, including express checkout, payment intent handling, shipping selection, basket recovery, order completion and reporting.
We also integrate customer journey data with platforms such as Klaviyo, so abandoned baskets, started checkouts, discount eligibility, profile data and email marketing flows are connected to real ecommerce behaviour rather than isolated campaign data.
APIs Between Real Business Systems
We build APIs that reflect how the business actually works. That can mean splitting a large platform into focused services for catalogue, orders, identity, content or admin operations. It can also mean creating a clean adapter around a legacy system so new applications can use it safely without inheriting all of its complexity.
Our approach is pragmatic: clear service boundaries, well-defined contracts, useful logging, predictable error handling and enough documentation for internal teams or agency partners to work with confidence.
Reliable Background Processing
Not every integration should happen during a page load or checkout request. Some work is better handled asynchronously: stock updates, order status updates, ERP syncs, return updates, product feed generation, search indexing, reporting rollups and long-running data imports.
We use queue-based and scheduled processing where it protects performance and resilience. The goal is simple: keep the customer experience fast, while still making sure operational data reaches the systems that need it.
For Ecommerce Teams
We understand the messy operational layer behind ecommerce: variants, lead times, discontinued products, delivery constraints, promotions, discounts, Google Shopping feeds, search data, product reviews, order dashboards, returns and fulfilment status.
That means we can do more than connect platform A to platform B. We can help decide what should be integrated, where the source of truth should live, and what the admin team needs to see when something does not behave as expected.
For Agencies
We also support agencies that need dependable senior technical delivery behind their client work. If a project needs API discovery, integration mapping, Business Central expertise, payment integration, Klaviyo data flows or complex ecommerce backend work, Tronik can work quietly alongside your team without competing for the client relationship.
Typical Projects
- Connect an ecommerce website to Business Central or another ERP
- Replace manual CSV processes with reliable API or queue-based syncs
- Build a checkout integration using Stripe, PayPal or multiple payment methods
- Send order, basket and customer events into Klaviyo or CRM platforms
- Create an API layer around a legacy application
- Split fragile monolithic functionality into focused backend services
- Build admin tools for monitoring orders, returns, products and integration failures
- Improve product, stock, pricing and catalogue data flows
- Legacy system adapters and migration bridges
Typical Projects
Tronik brings together senior software engineering, ecommerce experience and technical business analysis. We are comfortable talking to stakeholders about process, working with developers on architecture, and then building the APIs, services and integrations needed to make the design real.
We are especially useful where the problem crosses business operations and software delivery: when the data matters, the edge cases matter, and a simple plugin is not enough.
